The NHL Draft Lottery will be held tomorrow at 8pm Eastern.  The Drawing will determine the first 14 picks of the NHL entry draft. Here is the breakdown:

30th Edmonton Oilers—25.0 percent (250 combinations)

27th New York Islanders—10.7 percent (107 combinations)
26th Ottawa Senators—8.1 percent (81 combinations)
25th Atlanta Thrashers—6.2 percent (62 combinations)
24th Columbus Blue Jackets—4.7 percent (47 combinations)
23rd New Jersey Devils—3.6 percent (36 combinations)
22nd Toronto Maple Leafs (belongs to Boston Bruins) —2.7 percent (27 combinations)
21st Minnesota Wild—2.1 percent (21 combinations)
20th St. Louis Blues—1.5 percent (15 combinations)
19th Carolina Hurricanes—1.1 percent (11 combinations)
18th  Calgary Flames—0.8 percent (8 combinations)
17th Dallas Stars—0.5 percent (5 combinations)
"Per NHL rules, the club selected in the Draft Drawing may not move up more than four positions in the draft order. Thus, the only clubs with the opportunity to receive the first overall selection are the five teams with the lowest regular-season point totals, or the clubs that acquired an eligible club's first-round draft pick. No club will move down more than one position as a result of the Draft Drawing." -NHL.com
My Prediction for the top 5 are:
1) Oilers
2) Panthers
3) Avs
4) Sens
5) Islanders
