McCabe to New York. Done.

Mccabe for Kennedy and a 3rd. Confirmed

Personally, I think that this was a solid deal for both teams. I feel that McCabe is worth a little more, but his reluctance to waive his NTC to other teams hurt his value. In the end though, Florida got a young forward and a draft pick for an old veteran. That's part of the rebuild.

Tim Kennedy has played 53 games for Hartford in the AHL this year compiling 12 goals and 30 assists for 42 points. He is a former Sioux City Musketeer of the USHL. (Shout out to former Musketeer and LaSalle Explorer Adam Schmidt)

Rangers now set sights on Stars' C Brad Richards. Deal will most likely go down to deadline day, 3 pm.
