Rest in Peace

Pat Burns, 58, died of lung cancer today. Burns coached the Devils from 2002 to 2005 and won a Stanley Cup in 2003. Burns was recently a special assignment scout for the Devils. He was just the 11th person to coach 1,000 games and the 9th to win 500 games. The hockey world is saddened with your loss and we will remember you fondly.
